The timer only fires when chat has had recent activity inside the active window.

How To Run Clues Bets
Bets are command-driven right now, so moderators open and resolve them from chat while this page acts as the setup guide.
Use short option names, keep the title readable, and close the bet before resolving it.
1. Open the bet
Use !bet open Will Kluma clutch it? | yes | no to start a bet with two or more options.
2. Let chat join
Viewers can check the pot with !bet and place a wager with !bet yes 250 or !bet no half.
3. Lock the board
Use !bet close once no more wagers should be accepted.
4. Resolve or refund
Finish with !bet resolve yes to pay winners or !bet cancel to refund everyone.
Viewers type !heist <amount> to start a 60-second crew rally.
Anyone can join before time runs out. Win pays 2x, loss burns the wager.
Disable here if you need to pause it mid-stream.

Viewers type !duel @username <amount> to challenge someone.
The target has 60 seconds to !accept. Winner takes all.
If they don't respond, the wager is refunded to the challenger.
